Local Game Terrine – A hearty terrine of locally sourced game served with toasted sourdough and a seasonal fruit chutney.

Slow-Cooked Lamb Shoulder with Root Vegetables – Tender lamb shoulder slow-cooked with carrots, parsnips, swedes, and aromatic herbs.
Pan-Seared Salmon with Seasonal Greens – Fresh salmon seared to perfection and served with seasonal greens such as kale, spinach, and chard.
Haggis, Neeps & Tatties with Whisky Sauce – Traditional haggis (vegetarian option available) served with bashed neeps, creamy tatties, and rich whisky sauce.
