What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. We use a booking system, so please reserve your time with a member of our team. You can enjoy a continental buffet while your cooked-to-order Scottish breakfast is prepared. 

When is the restaurant open?

We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our main menu is available starting at 12:00 pm daily, with the last seating for dinner at 8:45 pm. Browse our menus and offers here.

What are the bar hours?

The bar opens daily at 11:00 am. 

Sunday – Thursday: Last orders at 10:45 pm. 
Friday & Saturday: Last orders at 11:45 pm. 

The bar closes 30 minutes after last orders. 

Hotel Service

How do I get my room cleaned?

Rooms are serviced upon request. To have your room serviced, please notify the reception desk or place the door hanger outside your room.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, bar, and restaurant. 

What is your payment policy?

We are a cashless hotel. We accept all major cards, with the exception of American Express.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in bedrooms and all indoor areas of the hotel. A fee of £150.00will be charged to guests found smoking on the premises.

Assistance & Safety

How do I contact a Duty Manager?

7:30 am – 11:00 pm: Visit the restaurant or bar area to speak with the onsite manager. 
11:00 pm – 7:30 am: After hours we give you a number to reach the manager on duty. 

What should I do if the fire alarm sounds?

Exit the building immediately via your nearest Fire Exit (details are located in your room). Meet at the Assembly Point in the Secret Garden, located in the main parking lot in front of the hotel.

What is there to do nearby?

We are located right next to the Strathspey Steam Railway. Other nearby attractions include Cairngorm Mountain, Rothiemurchus Estate, Landmark Forest Adventure Park, and the Highland Wildlife Park. 

What is Turas Rewards?

It is our loyalty program where you can earn points by registering your bank card. You’ll receive a welcome voucher and can exchange points for reward vouchers. You can sign up by scanning the QR code at the hotel or visiting turasrewards.co.uk.
