The Cairnorms National Park is a special place and we all need to look after it, for both ourselves and our future generations.
The aim of the Cairngorms Trust is to do that, by fundraising and supporting nature and community passed projects each year.
We want you, your children and your grandchildren to enjoy visiting us, at The Boat in the Cairngorms National Park, for many years to come which is why we are asking you to join us with your support.
One of the current projects (2019) is to work with The Boat of Garten Wildlife Group’s project, which involves both promotion and enhancement of the Milton Loch area in Boat of Garten.
We are known as the Osprey Village but there are no ospreys nesting within the village at present. BoGWiG plan to build a nesting platform for an osprey pair to use, which will increase the chance of this happening.
